The complainant worked at the factory from August 2012 to December 2017. He/she resigned from the factory in December 2017. The factory settled the social insurance book on 6 March 2018, but the complainant had yet to receive it. The factory only settled the time he/she worked at the factory but did not include the previous employment years from 2009 to August 2012. The complainant asked the factory management to return the social insurance book including the previous employment years in order to be able to receive the unemployment allowance.

Factory management informed Haglofs of the following actions and timeline:
2018/03/06: management provided the employee with the social insurance book but indeed did not include the previous employment years.
2018/03/20: management provided the social insurance book including the previous employment years in addition to the time worked at the factory.
2018/03/21: the employee submitted the social insurance book to the relevant department to apply for the unemployment allowance.
2018/04: the employee received his/her first unemployment allowance.
05/23/2018 Conclusion of the investigation
Based on the reply of factory management, the complaint was found grounded.
Remediation has already taken place during the investigation phase.
On 25 May, the complainant confirmed with FWF's complaints handler that the complaint was resolved in the manner stated by factory management. The insurance book including previous employment years was received and unemployment allowance received.
