We are currently in a transition year to implement our new HRDD ecosystem and are running at full capacity. We are also updating the membership requirements. During this busy period, Fair Wear is therefore no longer accepting membership requests for 2023. We are sorry for any disappointment, but please do check our website regularly for updates. We expect to be accepting new members in August 2023.

To apply to be a Fair Wear member, companies should follow the steps outlined below.

  1. First, get to know who we are and what we do.
  2. Carefully read through the Fair Wear Foundation overview, our new brand performance check guide and membership fees brochures.
  3. Confirm that your company meets the Fair Wear basic membership requirements.
  4. Begin your application through the button below.
  5. Once we have received your application, you will be contacted by a representative from the Fair Wear new membership team to complete the membership application processes. For a more detailed breakdown of the application process please see the New Membership Guidelines.

Please note: The application process takes approximately 12 weeks from the submission of the first draft of your application, including your work plan and supplier register. However, this timeframe may differ, depending on factors such as the size of your company’s supply chain, the structure of your company and the time needed for consultation with Fair Wear.
