The complainant claimed that a majority of workers worked overtime two Sundays in June, which means they worked consecutively 19 days at least. The complainant had also complaints about the production pressure and the bad behaviour of the line supervisors. The worker mentioned that his wage increase is below the increase rate of Legal Minimum Wage. The law in Turkey doesn’t mention anything about the wage increases. The salary of the worker is above the Legal Minimum Wage. The worker also mentioned that the factory took the FWF COLP from the wall after the audit team left the factory.
