The complainant claimed that workers have not received the wage of November and December 2016. Workers are anxious to receive their wage before Chinese New Year holiday starts on 20 January. According to the complainant the workers have communicated their concerns with the management team multiple times, but did not get a response when payments would be made, or why these payments were delayed.
On 17 January 2017, FWF's complaints handler in China received a complaint from a factory worker, who claimed that the workers had not received wages for November and December 2016.
