The complainant is worker who has worked at the factory since August 2008 and lawfully resigned in November 2019 lawfully. However, the worker did not receive severance allowance from before 2009, nor for maternity leave in 2014.
When the complainant contacted the HR department of the factory, she was told that she did not have a severance allowance.
The case is not isolated, other complaints from this factory were recently filed on the same grounds, and were found to be grounded. The complaint is thus grounded.
The factory made the required payment to the worker.
The complainant confirmed she received the payment, which matched the documentation provided by the factory to the member brand.

The case is resolved.
