The complainant claimed that a worker was employed as team leader of their sewing line through personal contacts. Since the new team leader took office in mid-April, there was a problem in the distribution of the assembly line in the team, resulting in the blocking of the assembly line flow. The work of the post-process workers was reduced by half compared to the month before. The salary of April was not been paid. The complainant was worried that the issue would affect the April salary since the piece price is not transparent and cannot be estimated. The complainant was open to solve the problem together with the workshop director and reported the issue. However, the director did not look into the problem.
