Overview of the complaint investigation

2018-10-30 Investigation

During the monitoring audit conducted on 30th Oct, 2018, management informed that they no longer produce for the brand in this unit as they have moved the production to their another unit because of structural challenges like wages, rent and labour. However this could not be verified. Also, since there was no reply from the factory on the issues raised, deriving the conclusion remains obscure.
