The complainant worked as supervisor in the factory for eight years. Salary payments were generally made only once in two months last year. Therefore he/she was facing difficulties in running the family affairs. Despite repeated requests the problem was not resolved and hence he/she resigned last year.
However, he/she had not received full and final payment. The company paid him/her only the wages of the days worked and nothing else.
He/she was not paid gratuity for which he/she was eligible
-He/she was also not paid bonus and any other benefits.
-He/she joined some other factory but after few months he/she was fired from there too.
- He/she was hoping that FWF could help him/her in getting his/her gratuity payment (and other legal dues).
The complaint was sent to the brand who in turn sent to the factory for their response.
Odd Molly did not respond to the complaint even after repeated reminder. Later it was known that Odd Molly ended it's membership with Fair Wear. Since follow up of this complaint is not possible anymore this complaint is considered closed.
