The complainants claimed that the factory fired them without any reason. They said they did not receive their wages for the month of January. The complainants believed that they should be reinstated.

According to the complainants, a female helper was assaulted by a manager in December 2014. Many female workers in the same department of the helper protested. The manager apologized after the incident. It is not clear to FWF whether or not this incidence is linked to the dismissal of the three complainants
