The plaintiff worked at the factory for 1 year. He went on EID holiday vacation from 16 July to 24 July. After coming back he worked there for an additional 2 days, after which he stopped as the supervisor misbehaved with him.

The manager in charge, however, refused to accept his resignation as the production pressure is high. There is scarcity of operators as many operators have stopped working at the factory, which is why the manager in charge pressurized him to resume their duties

The plaintiff, however, does not want to work there anymore. He wants to get his due salary and go back to his home as soon as possible. Before the EID holiday, he earned 9,500 BDT+500 BDT as bonus. According to the complainant, he is entitled to an additional 4,000 BDT.
