The caller verbally informed the supervisor that he resigned from his work on 25 July 2015. He worked there for 2 years. The reason for his resignation is that the factory would close for 2 months after the EID holiday and the workers don't get any basic salary when the factory is declared closed during off season.

There is no system such as formal resignation in this factory. The plaintiff earned 6,500 BDT+1200 BDT (bonus) before the EID holiday. He claims that he is entitled to receive an additional 3,031 BDT.

The floor manager in charge indicated that he will get his money if he resumes his work and delivers his production work as there is high production pressure. Otherwise he won't receive the money.
