The complainant is a worker who has been working at the factory in question since 2014. According to the complainant, he/she tried to resign several times in 2019 without success. On February 5 2020, the worker gave his/her resignation letter once more without hearing back from HR or factory management. The complainant would like his/her resignation to be approved, and receive all his/her due payments as well as social insurance book.
The complainant called several times after filing the complaint to say that his/her resignation still has not been approved.
This case is grounded as many other recent cases showed to be similar.
The complainant decided to stop his/her complaint case.
She/He met with the management and they advise her/him to continue to work with the factory and the worker is permitted to leave early (between 17:30 and 18:00) every day. Finally, she/he agreed to continue to work after the management signed a the form which confirmed that she/he can leave earlier every day.
This case has therefore been closed.
