On 7 September, a worker called the complaints hotline claiming that they had worked on a statutoryholiday, and they were not aware of whether they would be paid 200% of their salary for working on a holiday. All workers enjoyed two more days of holiday, which can be considered deferred rest to account for 3 September. Therefore the factory did not need to pay 200% for working.
