Fair Wear and ASN Bank's partnership on living wages

In 2018, Fair Wear Foundation and ASN Bank started a partnership focusing on knowledge exchange on living wage and the development of tools to support wage increases.

In recent years, Fair Wear has developed different resources to guide its members towards higher wages and assess their progress. As part of the partnership, we are translating this already-existing information into publications that ASN Bank and their partners in the Platform Living Wage Financials can use in their investment and engagement activities.

Fair Wear has developed guidance on due diligence on costing. For the investor community, we have taken the main insights from this publication and have combined them with our wage indicators in the brand performance check into one factsheet. This document provides basic information about due diligence on costing and provides investors with some key questions to ask in their engagement activities.
