Living Crafts joins Fair Wear

Fair Wear Foundation welcomes German fashion brand Living Crafts as a member. The brand, founded in 1985, produces eco-friendly clothes, and seeks to continue improving the working conditions of those who manufacture the garments.

Living Crafts talked to FWF representative Vera Köppen about this milestone during Ethical Fashion Show Berlin. Frank Schell, Managing Director, said “our corporate vision is based on ecology (product), sustainability (product, production, transport), and of course social standards (human). So for us, reliability and credibility are crucial, and Fair Wear Foundation, along with other certifications will help us provide that to the consumer.”

The first Brand Performance Check for Living Crafts will take place after the first year of membership and will be published on its company page on the FWF website.
