New Position at Fair Wear: Membership Support Officer

Do you enjoy not only coordinating processes but making them even better? We are looking for a Membership Support Officer (could also be called an Assistant Account Manager) to support our member brands, Brand Liaisons and all the processes in-between.

We are looking for someone to be the face and voice of our Help Desk, and help us expand our efforts and impact for our member brands and outreach strategy.
