Vacancy: Consultant - eLearning developer/ Instructional Designer

Fair Wear is proud to be part of a new partnership called Sustainable Textile Initiative: Together for Change (STITCH). Its vision is a global textile and garment industry that contributes to an equal and just society by respecting human rights in the world of work. STITCH is seeking to hire an eLearning developer/ Instructional Designer on a consultancy basis.

STITCH would like to explore an online learning platform (LMS) where the six STITCH partners as well as apparel brands, factory management, agents and intermediaries and others can:

• Access learning tools and events – e.g. enrol in self-paced courses, attend live meetings, seminars.
• Learn – increase their knowledge and capacity to improve working conditions at their production locations/ in their supply chains.

The consultant will work with our member learning team and content experts to convert existing training content (in pdf/ ppt format) to e-templates/ e-trainings, self-paced courses on an LMS.
