On 5th November 2021, we will launch our latest tool, the ‘Fair Working Hours Guide’ that provides practical guidance to brands to address the root causes of excessive overtime within their supply chains. Excessive overtime is already a structural issue in the garment industry and with the ongoing disruptions in the supply chain related to COVID-19, it has become even more of a risk. The guide brings together several tools that brands can proactively use throughout their supply chain, depending on the root cause.
