In collaboration with partner organizations and funded by the European Commission FWF launched a three year project in July 2013.

The WellMade project is designed to provide people working in European fashion brands with an understanding of the most important labour issues in clothing factories. Highly interactive sessions give suggestions for a wide range of employees – from designers to developers to buyers – on how anyone’s day-to-day work can be adapted to support better labour conditions. Using sample problems, and highlighting the impact different kinds of decisions have on factory conditions, the sessions can help you take practical steps to help improve working conditions in your brand’s supply chain.
