Fair Wear is pleased to welcome Marian Ingrams to our Multi-Stakeholder Board as a new representative from the NGO constituency.
Marian currently serves as Director of OECD Watch, where she works to strengthen responsible business conduct and due diligence standards worldwide. She brings deep expertise in the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and longstanding connections with civil society organisations across global supply chains, particularly in the garment sector.
Throughout her career, Marian has promoted the rights of workers and communities affected by business operations. Her work has focused on access to remedy, meaningful stakeholder engagement, responsible purchasing practices, and stronger corporate accountability. She has collaborated with unions, NGOs, policymakers, and businesses to ensure global supply chains uphold fairness, transparency, and respect for human rights.
A committed advocate for gender justice, Marian has contributed to numerous initiatives that address systemic discrimination and ensure women workers can shape the decisions that affect their working lives and livelihoods. Her experience aligns strongly with Fair Wear’s vision of responsible, resilient supply chains built on shared responsibility.
